Lotus Temple is one of the remarkable architectures of Bahai faith. It is located at Kalkaji in New Delhi. The temple looks like a lotus flower and is made of marble, cement, dolomite and sand. The Lotus Temple has no restrictions for visitors and is open to people from all religions. The place provides immaculate environment for meditation, peace and wisdom. The Bahai temple was completed in 1986. Since then the temple has received recognition from all over the world for its splendid architecture and design. Lotus Temple is among the most visited monuments in India. The credit for building this beautiful structure goes to the Persian architect Fariborz Sahba from Canada.

Day 11: Gyantse- Shigatse (By Private Car)

Afternoon: visit to Tashilumpo Moanstery which houses the 86 ft statue of Maitreya or the coming Buddha is the main highlights and visit to Bazaar.

• ***TIBET VISA FEE of US$ 55.00 per person which client has to pay us by Cash, to the Chinese Embassy. The Visa must be obtained in Kathmandu, as Tibet Immigration Office will not accept the visa obtained elsewhere. They will cancel this visa and will give another Visa with the fee of US$ 50.00 approx.

  Hence, one should get the visa in Kathmandu.

  We need the following information to enable us to get Tibet Visa Clearance from Lhasa

  a) FULL NAME WITH SEX (b) DATE OF BIRTH (c) PASSPORT NUMBER

  If you are interested to visit Tibet, we need the names and date immediately to enable us to book the Flight, since it is small aircraft having 110 seats only. It will be difficult to get the seats at the last moment. Once, tickets are being confirmed, we have to issue the tickets. Incase you cancel the trip, the flights are NON REFUNDABLE.
